Booking & Sessions
Which games do you coach?+
We coach Valorant, Apex Legends, League of Legends, Counter-Strike 2, and Street Fighter 6. Each coach specializes in one or two titles, so you're always matched with someone who ranks in the top tiers of your game.
Are sessions online or in person?+
1:1 coaching runs online over screen share so you can play from your own setup. Squad clinics and tournament bootcamps can be booked in our Ossington Avenue studio, which has five tournament-grade stations and a review theatre.
Payment & Policies
What's your cancellation policy?+
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot. Inside that window the session is billed in full, since your coach has already blocked the time and prepared your VOD notes.
Do you guarantee a rank increase?+
We don't sell boosting or account play — every rank you earn is your own. What we guarantee is a structured plan and honest feedback. Players who follow their weekly route typically move up at least one tier within the first month.
